Well the guy with the broken TV (remember his friend lost the grip of the control and the wrist straps that was meant to stop it flying out of control failed and the control flew right into the TV screen) did say he wasn't going to hold Nintendo responsible for this nor was he going to make them compensate his broken TV, he just simply wanted to inform people on the straps lol.
The funny thing is the next 11 pages are full of fanboys and forum members arguing over if it's Nintendo's fault for the strap's failure, giving analogies that are irrelevent to the main topic, the laws of physics and bitching at each other XD.
But it appeared the majority of them seemed to ignore this post on page 10.
