Oh and just to let you guys know before I start with this post, the site may be down for some time on the 7th due to server upgrades.


Now's the time to tell me what you want me to do with this place.

This is what I'm thinking...

- The Anime Crisis Center will be scrapped and The Bubblegum Crisis Center will be moved back to the main domain @ thecrisiscenter.net

- The new BGCC will get a complete redesign with the forum matching the BGCC design: http://forums.thecrisiscenter.net/showthread.php?t=1232 (the TACC design will still live on over at Twilight Lynk.

- Crisis Management will still live on... which reminds me, Damatee has finished drawing up an episode which I haven't posted up yet... lol ...but it's not really a priority. It'll probably end with this last episode and be there just for archival purposes unless Damatee or Mav actually want to draw up an episode...

- Also, and most importantly... if you haven't joined Twilight Lynk yet, please do. I'll be moving the contents of thecrisiscenter.net onto the new server that Twilight Lynk is on some time before November.

The reason why it's so important for people to join the new site is because I need all the help I can get to encourage new members to join up at that place... the success of Twilight Lynk is paramount, because if that site fails... it'll directly effect this site.

If I'm not satisfied with the way Twilight Lynk has progressed by the end of May 2009, both twilightlynk.com and thecrisiscenter.net will be closed down and I'll be retiring from this whole web site thing forever.

- With that said, I'll be placing ads on thecrisiscenter.net because if I can make enough money to renew the webhosting and domain names, then this place has a chance of living on for another year at the very least.



What I really want to hear though, is what you guys have to say about all of this. What do you guys want to happeh with this place? Tell me now, don't hold anything back.

No, I'd have to pay for the upgrade license renewal and I don't have the money to do that.

Well then, I've posted in another thread saying I'd like to see BGCC be updated with some contents for awhile now. I think it'd be a good move since we're still getting new members signing up because of BGC.

-You've got some BGC materials on TACC that can be moved onto BGCC (reviews, tracklists, scans) as well as many other new and old contents that still haven't even been added back when you were actually working on it.

-A few pages that do have contents on BGCC need a bit of updating (mostly picture galleries and scans of the soundtracks).

-I know this one will raise some questions but maybe post some BGC multimedia? There's a few rare stuff that I'm sure some fans would be astounded to find. I actually searched a little bit on BGC music yesterday and found that there's still people looking for these.

I also know that most of the work can't be relied on just one person since the BGC world has so much things to cover but I'm willing to help out on certain sections. The most I'd be helping out with is the music since I own most of the non-BGC OVA CD's but I'm keen to help out on the Scramble Wars and Bubblegum Crash sections. It's all up to you though whether you want the help or not, there's a few of us that might be able to assist you in the other sections of BGCC.

If you do plan to close down BGCC next year then I'd really like to see the site archived somewhere since there isn't really any other sites made for a few of the BGC animes and I'd hate it to go all to waste.

I'll go wherever the others would, simply because i dont have other online community membership.

I agree with your first post Lynk, about reverting it back to a BGC theme. Reason I joined was because of the affiliation, but just as much so as I felt I needed to get back on a forum again too.

I'll go and join up to the new site as well, and I'll come up with some new and interesting threads in sections as well. I've been a member at so many places, I tend to know the ins and outs. I wouldn't want this place going under, I just got here! lol

In the future I'm sure Grash and I could help out in ways, we've done it before. We used to donate to a friends site much like this, but in the end it fell along the wayside because he couldn't make do even with the donations.

Well, make sure you send out a email through the forum, I'm going on a vacation starting the 7th and I want to be able to get back when I come back at the end of the month.
