Twilight Lynk

I've opened up a brand new videogame community site, totally separate from TACC/C3F, called Twilight Lynk. Also, I've closed down the videogame forum here in C3F... for obvious reasons

I also have a request for EVERYONE here on C3F. You see, I want my new site to prosper and grow. So to get started, I need everyone here to join the Twilight Lynk Forums to get it populated.

Now, hold on... just to make it clear. I am NOT closing down TACC/C3F. This place will still be here. The reason I want folks from C3F to join is so that the place can be populated and can encourage others to join since it won't be empty. You don't have to actually post there if you aren't interested in videogames, but I ask that you help me out on this one.

This place will benefit if Twilight Lynk becomes popular. The reason for this is because if it does, I can move TACC/C3F over to the new server where it will remain and will be open FOREVER... or at least longer than it would if TACC/C3F was on its own. Either way, you won't have to worry about this place shutting down if Twilight Lynk becomes popular.

Also, if you are going to post in TLF, don't mention C3F... at least not just yet... wait awhile until the place comes into its own.

The TW forum has only been open for about 24 hours and it already has over 50 posts XD It's more active than the C3F! XP

Oh yeah, btw guys. I'm backing up all of the TACC/C3F files on this server and will be moving them over to the new server. I thought I may as well do this as soon as possible rather than leaving it till around November which is when this hosting account expires.

Don't worry though, you won't notice any bad changes around here.

I like the small number of forums, just like BGCC forum. If there was an Anime Forum, I just stay there instead of coming here. Even though the anime forum here doesn't get much traffic...

What would you guys say if I cut out everything else out of thecrisiscenter.net and just had C3F, BGCC and Crisis Management?

yeah it was XD Since BGCC is what attracts most people and the forum is the life of this place, we don't really need all that extra stuff.

I'd like to see BGCC be updated for a change lol but I guess it won't happen anytime soon since you're currently focusing on TL at the moment.

I won't cut anything yet, if TL goes well this place might get some activity too and you might want to keep TACC around.

If tis place does get some activity because of Twilight Lynk, those people aren't going to be particularly interested in the out of date content and the web site which is just sitting there without being updated. For the most part they'd probably just join the forum.

What I'm thinking is making it easy for people to simply find and join the forum in the first place.

Right now we have the following things on TACC..


The Anime Crisis Center (content)
The Anime Crisis Center Community Forums (c3f)
The Bubblegum Crisis Center (bgcc)
Cloud Age Symphony (exile)
Crisis Management (comic)

So far, c3f and bgcc have been the most important parts of this site.

And don't misunderstand, just because I want to get rid of the content doesn't mean I"m killing off TACC. What I'll be doing is make C3F the front page of TACC.

I used to think the main site had a small percentage of traffic compared to the forum but i just checked and now the main site has a higher percentage XD

i say keep em. hang on to them. and maybe when people come around more, we could add more sections for other anime

I like the site, the forum is really good too. I noticed that there is alot of content missing in the BGC area, though it looks really cool too. I wonder if BGC 2041 will ever make it, would be a really cool thing.

But back on the subject, I like the site. What ever changes you make should be fine, the other sections are cool and would be even cooler if they were filled with content. But I know running a site is hard work, I did a bit of it myself while back and I mostly moderated.
