You know... Dr. Phil sure does surprise you sometimes... I heard that he gave away free Wii's around the time Wii came out last year and when the whole Manhunt 2 thing came down he was all like "this game is obviously not meant for children, there are certain audience for this game and parents should be aware..." yada, yada. In short, he was telling parents to take notice and realise that not all games are made for kids.
