Anyone who knows Visual Basic? I can't install new components, the comp keeps hanging, so I'm trying to make backups using Common Dialog, but I have no idea what the code is XD Does anyone here know how?

Also, if anyone has a shorter code for a query, can you help me out? The code I have is soooo long T_T I need to query by year, and by months, then print them out (I'm using Crystal Reports).

I know a little VB, but I'm a MS Office junkie so I just use VBA and the MS office apps to do queries and such. Access/Excel would work wonders for that. Unfortunately I'm sure you would have already done that if you could have. :P

I couldn't even install all the VB components XD Can't even use Osen, and the reports keep getting corrupted... I think MS Office has been damaged by the constant blackouts here. Word doesn't have that auto-save thing anymore because of those blackouts...

Anyway, the thesis is due in about 24 hours, so I'll try and find a way around everything. Wee~

Woosh~ I didn't put in a backup option XD I have resorted to saving multiple copies with each go. LOL

Anyway, we got a "very good" from one of our 'judges', so that means the outcome was decent. If you knew the profs and admin in our school, you'd jump for joy if they say something like that ^^

...on the other hand, I have to encode a few more add-ins XD
