Just so you all know, I've pruned a hellova lot of user accounts from the forum. All of those bots we got, the users with accounts that were never verified and all of the user accounts with 0 posts that weren't created in 2007 are all gone.
Our member count has dropped considerably but who really cares since the members that were deleted were never active in the first place or were bots.

I never saw the point of deleting non-spambot users with 0 posts... but whatever.

Guess that answers the questions that have been in my mind for some time:
"What happens when the user count exceeds memory limits?"
and
"Why aren't inactive, 0-post, and spambot accounts just deleted from memory?"
QUESTIONS TO PONDER:
1) Are we really who we think we are?
2) Is time really constant?
3) Is death really the end?
4) Can I kill you?
"Observe, the darling sweetness..."

I have to admit I agree with Lynks descision, 300+ members with only 60 or so actives. if those members who were legit want to re-join then I have no problem with people joining, but if you join a forum you should at least attempt to be a part of it even if you only post every so often.

Whoops!? looks likes I came back in time. Sorry for the silent treatment. I'm doing some side projects and other stuff for awhile but it to happen for some who haven't post up. As for the side projects, one of them is going to be announced.

I didn't delete any users that have a post count, only those with 0 posts that joined before 2007.
