Well, I've been called up to make the recall roster for yet another deployment. This one won't be as bad as my last absence (a couple years in the desert didn't do me any good) I'll only be gone for about three months (THANK GOD!) but I definitely won't be around to post on the forums. Keeping with good opsec I'm not aloud to tell you where I'm going until I get back, but I do know that flight operations will be pretty hectic. Wish me luck, last time we ran a det like this we lost two pilots and a couple maintainers, so it gives you an idea of crazy something like this can get.

I thought it was rather strange that a few of the ch53's that had just completed their rotation from the middle east were running with some weird blotchy jobs on the skin. I imagine even the CO wouldn't mind a creative camo that clever, however I definitely wouldn't have a woman... Formation in half an hour, plane leaves in three, I HOPE I GET TO HAVE FUN THERE!
