Has to be Excel saga... although, I only watched around 3 episodes and couldn't take anymore randomness from it.

The last episode was made to be so crazy and explicit on purpose so it wouldnt be shown on the original TV Tokyo broadcast ive never seen that episode either i think. The director himself remarks that it "felt good to go past the limits of a TV series," although he thinks it "is not something that you should do too often."
