The BGC 2040 TV series storyline deals with Sylia's troubled past from her father, Dr. Steven Stingray's experiments in Voomer research. Whereas, the BGC 2030 OVA series deals with Sylia's fight against corporate abuse of her father, Dr. Katsuhito Stingray's invention, the boomer. The thing I miss as stated from a previous forum thread was the mercenary jobs that the BGC OVA shows in their episodes and BGC TV series didn't completely address. So I weave some short tales of my self-insertion tales in the BGC 2040 timeline. In the beginning, my character didn't plan to go the 2040 timeline but to the 2030 timeline to help Sylia in her quest in creating a better solution to Genom's abuses. But a nasty detour of travelling weather forced me to the 2040 timeline. I had met Steven during beginning of his voomer experiment and became his assistant due to my knowledge of cybernetics. To make the story short, didn't stop Galatea from killing Steven and rest of the original story after that with my involvement. Of these stories, I chronicled our first merc jobs during the TV series and after with the fanfiction favourite, The Dominant Species.
The first story take place after our first recruits screw the pooch on first voomer attack. Sylia, me, my Anne, and Nigel are involved in this mission.
The second story takes place with Nene's and Priss' recruitment into the Sabers.
The third story takes place during the TV series with Linna's and Mackey's first mission.
The fourth story is in the The Dominant Species story with Sylvie as new Knight Saber.
The last story is in the sequel The Real Me story with Cythnia.
After that I'm letting other write their input of new mission but don't try to kill us or changes that I don't approve.
As for stories' deadlines, I'm not setting them until after the first my fanfiction is ready for publication.
Okay a question if you don't mind. As far as I'm aware Sylvie and co didn't appear in 2040. Thus is only Sylvie going to survive or is the entire crew of Anri, Sylvie, Meg, Lou, and Nam going to survive? I can tell you who's who if you need to know, at least as soon as I get a chance to view the intro of Midnight Rambler again. Of course, if they did it could throw a minor wrench in Largo's plans depending on whether the DD becomes public knowledge forcing Flint to resign like canon or not.

The Knight Wing
This version is quite different from the BGC OVA series and is very different in design.
Dimensions: Same as the DC-8 Super 70 jet airliner in terms of a delta-wing shape.
Cargo Capacity: Would be the same as DC-8 with conventional propulsion units in weight carrying capacity, but in this case, an additional 10 kgs is allowed due to unconventional propulsion units. As for Cargo item numbers - 16 motoroids or motoslaves(alone) or 8 motoroids and 8 large voomer drones or 6 compact motor vehicles(2 or 6 passengers) or 3 medium motor vehicle, 2 large motor vehicles(military AFVs or civil freight) or 7 motoroids and 9 small voomer drones or with 8 medium voomer plus 1 small voomer drones.
Propulsion: Based on a proposed idea reported in Popular Mechanics in the mid-60s of using electromagnetic grid to attract molecular air particles in the same principle as jet engines for airflow instead of turbines. Similar to plasma jet propulsion without the grid but with the heat of a normal jet unit. 5 units(one for V/STOL and rest for normal propulsion). Secondary propulsion system is based on a Tom Swift Jr. story 'The Race To The Moon'(not the later series in 1980s and 1990s) that uses the anti-gravity UFO theory for space propulsion and stealth flying(same number of propulsion units as first system).
Defensive/Offensive Weapon system: Offensive weapons used in the Knight Wing are based on FASA mecha miniature game system Battletech(six electromag. gauss types, nine laser types(3 small, 3 medium, & 3 Large), four particle beam types, and two rotating large smart-guided missile launchers. Knight Wing is capable of carrying a bomb load equal to a WWII B-24.
Defensive system consist of the usual ECM and ECCM suite carried by a 20th Century Military large jet aircraft for electronic warfare plus two exotic devices consisting of a electronic forcefield and EMP cannon.
Power Generators: Four nuclear reactors(one large size and three miniature size). The large sized reactor is a fusion design configuration and the smaller sized reactors are fission design using a new type of radioactive element described in the Tom Swift Jr. stories. The reactors are shielded by a radically exotic material also described in the Tom Swift Jr. stories.
Performance: service ceiling- 27 460 m, max. speed- Mach 10+ with anti-grav propulsion in the air and Mach 28+ for space travel; Mach 6+ with electromag. grid propulsion, max. range unlimited due to nuclear power generators.
Stealth System: Passive- special heat-proof composite exotic plastic compound molded with Gundamium(from the Gundam Wing Timeline) for greater durability and coated with the other material described in the Tom Swift Jr. stories. Active- first system uses Minovsky particles(from the Mobile Gundam UC timeline) and then later on, N-jammer technology from the Gundan Seed timeline; second system is an exotic device that cancel sonic footprints and masks airflow disturbance footprints.
Design configuration form: Delta Flying wing using isosceles triangle shape with no windshields.
Sensor suite System: Visual- Exotic Laser TV cameras and a special radar type sensor described in Marvel Comic timeline pertaining to Iron Man, Nonvisual- Laser radar and special rhodomagnetic technology sensors described in the Humanoids story series by Jack Williamson.
Crew Accomandation: Pilot and Co-pilot, Navigator/ECM & ECCM operator, Defensive/Offensive Weapon Operator, Aircraft Engineer (optional) plus 10 passengers, comfortablely; 16 passengers, if necessary.

The Sky Carrier
This is the enlarged version of the The Knight Wing for more cargo capacity, thanks to its special detachable cargo module system.
Dimensions: Same as the Antonov An-225 Mriya in normal carrying capacity. Extented by 1 km in length with special cargo modules.
Cargo Capacity: In its normal mode, it would be the same as the An-225. With its extended cargo modules, it would carry an additional weight of 2 metric tonnes, if necessary. That would allow it to carry the Knight Wing plus five smaller aircrafts within those modules.
Propulsion: The Sky Carrier uses the anti-gravity units described in the Tom Swift Jr. stories. 10 of those units which allows the Sky Carrier to become a hypersonic space vehicle for outer space missions for the Knight Sabers.
Offensive/Defensive Weapon systems: Same as the Knight Wing but with a bombload capacity of a B-36 bomber(originally created in the Second World War as the 3rd intercontinental counterpart to the B-29.)
Power Generators: Same types but it's with five generators and the 5th one is fusion-powered.
Performance: service ceiling- Not applicable due to being it's a space vehicle; max. speed- same as the Knight Wing; max. range is unlimited due to its generators.
Stealth System: Same as the Knight Wing.
Design configuration form: Same as the Knight Wing.
Sensor suite System: Same as the Knight Wing.
Crew Accomandation: Flight crew numbers remain the same, but now can hold 30 passengers.

Wait, wait Battletech weapons, Gundam jamming, and the other assorted tech? Must resist impulse to provide linkage, or burst out laughing.
Is there actually a point to this "thing," other then to show what you can kitbash together, in the process showing you don't understand a lot of it? Nevermind this thing seems heavy on the cargo and absurdly light on the rest. 15 people comfortably, and 16 motor bikes, 39,010kg bombs (B-36 payload) or 4,000kg bombs (B-24 payload) with an aircraft rated for 259 passengers and baggage or 52,617 kg cargo (DC-8), what's the point? Especially with more bikes then operators.
Let's just not get into that you made a space version, which is stretched out to 1 km long so has a ~5,365.8 increase in volume seems as how start length is 57.12 meters for a DC-8, but only have it as that of the An-225 which is 84m long with a payload of 200,000kg internal. Plus even the new F-35 empty weighs considerably more then 2 metric tonnes per fighter. Nevermind that a Nimitz aircraft carriers flight deck is only 332.9 meters long.
If you want to get fancy you could use something like an IL-76 or C-130 (Try C-17 or another big aircraft if you absolutely must have the capability to carry heavy armor) for transport, and stealthed UAVs to carry tactical aerial payloads (and escort duty if you really want to push it). Have them actually using a tank for heavy firepower and armor if they need it, like every other sane person.
The transforming bikes are primarily transport, and mainly just good against light armor. The utter ineffectiveness of the Bu-55C weapons, which if they're as good as the C-classes in Midnight Rambler are as good as anything else we've seen on a mass produced unit really, on the thin plates of the not exactly new GD-42 Genki kind of establish this is also true of combat boomers in the OVA universe.
Well, it just rough figure for the cargo capacity from what information I found in the internet. As for extra motoslaves, they would have been used to carry on if the Knight Saber and a second hardsuited group like the Black Knights(TrboTurtle's created group from his story 'Black Knights'). As for the heavy armoured vehicles, you're talking about taking on huge megacorporations like Genom or Gulf & Bradley that have security forces about the military size of a battalion that can assess military equipment like APC without a nasty federal government crackdown coming down on them because of bribes or national security clauses that allow companies to uparm themselves against terrorist threats. There will be a story that will allow the Knight Wing to bring such a large vehicle to breakout from a corporate dragnet. Another thing is that Knight Sabers in the BGC OVA would be asked to steal huge equipment from other corporations to bring back to their clients in one piece. That means aircrafts like the Knight Wing and Sky Carrier would be used to bring such equipment from distant locations.
As for the weapons and defense system, My self-insert character has travelled to various timelines and has gain access to different technologies. He would use them to get 30 steps ahead of any nasty adversaries if the physical laws allow them work in this universe and if not, try to modified them without causing any trouble.
As for this whole thing, this my self-insert fanfiction and I wanted to see if Sylia had a very powerful ally who give her access to the technologies during her fight against Galatea. The Knight Sabers, themselves are a para-military group. So why not the bells and whistles of a real military unit.
I think Briareos is finding it hard to get his head around the concept of "fiction"
You've read it! You can't unread it!
