maybe at least a little "lets keep it clean"?
I also present this AS a serious discussion, since it applys to all us members, in that, do you think that we will screw up and that we need some rules to keep us from doing that, or do you think that enough of us who participate can keep ourselves under contol in a serious discussion on say world events, religion, politics or war?
Personally, I think that I'm pretty good at keeping my lid on, though I know I'm going to screw up eventually and I d lose my temper now and then when people dont get what I want to say. So, I think, that if at least for my sake, we need rules, to give a general guidelines of where to stop and when to call it quit in order for all of us to keep level headed.
You know, the very vague general rules, no taking shots at other people, at people's countries, so on, being polite, respecting that people have different opinions, ect...
So what do you all think? Do you think that we're mature enough that we dont need rules? or do you think there's enough margin for error that we need them as at the very least, a saftey net to keep things clean?
